  1. Place the poha in a pan over low heat and stir for about 3 to 4 minutes until it slightly changes color. Remove and set aside.

  5. Add the roasted poha, peanuts, and coconut to the pan. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  6. Season with salt to taste and stir thoroughly.
  7. Once everything is well mixed, take the poha namkeen out of the pan.
  8. Let it cool before serving or storing in an airtight container.

  • 1 cup peanuts (150 grams)
  • 60 to 70 grams dry coconut (thinly sliced)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 green chilies (finely chopped)
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 10 to 12 curry leaves
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
