A Feast of Global Flavors and Traditional Delights

The Ambani wedding was a true culinary spectacle, blending the rich cultural heritage of India with global culinary trends. Under the expert guidance of Virgilio Martínez, the renowned chef behind the world’s best restaurant in 2023, guests were treated to an all-vegetarian menu that transcended traditional Indian cuisine.

The menu featured inventive dishes such as “Cashew roll with mountain chimichurri and fresh cheese” and “Extreme altitude seeds with smoked tomato,” introducing the attendees to a fusion of rare and innovative flavors brought from Peru.

However, the traditional Indian palate was not forgotten. The spread included luxurious items such as caviar served atop tiramisu, creamy rabri, and refreshing lassi, ensuring that the offerings remained diverse and inclusive of Indian taste preferences.
