Directions

  • In a bowl, combine the butter, grated garlic, chopped coriander leaves, oregano, and chili flakes. If desired, add chopped green chili and mix thoroughly.
  • Place a cheese slice on a piece of bread. Sprinkle a little bit of oregano and chili flakes on top.
  • Cover with another slice of bread to form a sandwich.
  • Spread the prepared garlic butter mixture on both the outer sides of the sandwich.
  • Heat a flat pan over medium heat and cook the sandwich on both sides until it turns golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve the garlic butter bread hot with ketchup or your preferred dip.
